PQ started the way a lot of good things do. Two mates, tired of the same story. The sparky who didn't show. The quote that crept up once the work had started. The "she'll be right" job that wasn't.
Doing the opposite didn't seem that hard. Turn up when you say you will. Give a price and hold it. Leave the place clean. Put it in writing and back it. So we built PQ to run that way on every job, not just the ones being watched.
Who's actually doing the work
Naren's the sparky. Fully licensed, QLD electrical licence 1513082, and the one with the tools in his hands on your job. If it's electrical, he does it or he checks it.
Christiaan runs the other side. The phone, the quotes, the follow-up, and making sure the job you were promised is the job you got. He's not a sparky and won't pretend to be. His job is simple: you get a straight answer, a fair price, and someone who stands behind the work after we've packed up.
Herman rounds out the crew behind the scenes. Between us, that's the electrician we'd both want in our own homes.
How we work
Most electrical work ends up hidden behind a wall, so the thing that really matters is whether you can trust the person doing it. We earn that the same way every time: we turn up in the window we promise, we explain what we're doing in plain English, and we leave your home the way we found it.
What you get, every job
- A fixed price up front. You approve the quote before we start. No hourly meter, no surprise at the end.
- Licensed and insured. QLD Electrical Licence 1513082, full public liability, and a certificate of compliance the day we finish.
- A lifetime labour guarantee, in writing. If something we installed isn't right, we come back and fix it.
- You deal with the sparky, not a call centre. Ring the number and you talk to the people doing the work.
